With over twenty years experience working in the private housing industry, Neil has specialised in after-sales service and customer care in particular, having recently held the position of After Sales Inspector for another leading UK house builder. Testament to the success of the company, Thomas Mitchell Homes has always considered customer satisfaction as being of paramount importance, which has led to the appointment of a dedicated customer-service division.
