In a bid to expand its increasingly successful private housing division, award winning housebuilder, Thomas Mitchell Homes, has appointed Jim Clinton as contracts manager for the West of Scotland, his remit including Cumbernauld, Gartcosh and East Kilbride. Jim has worked with several of the largest volume house builders in the UK, from traditional and kit house building to fourteen storey waterfront developments.
Jim holds an N.H.B.C award for his contribution to an exemplary flatted development in Edinburgh and he has worked closely with the N.H.B.C since the inception of its N.V.Q Site Manager Accreditation Scheme. Indeed, Jim was one of the first four people in Scotland to be awarded Level 4 and Level 5 accreditation.
On joining Thomas Mitchell Homes, Jim commented: “I am looking forward to being part of Thomas Mitchell’s expansion plans into Central and Western Scotland and I hope that together we can continue to produce a quality product of National recognition, while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.”
