CALA WINS TOP AWARD FOR BEST MARKETING CAMPAIGN IN SCOTLAND

CALA's innovative marketing campaign for the company's stunning Canniesburn development in Bearsden was singled out as the best in the country at the inaugural Herald Property Awards for Scotland.

 

The luxury developer's five week long intensive marketing campaign, 'You Can at Canniesburn', was praised at the prestigious ceremony which took place at the Radisson SAS in Glasgow.

 

Linda Peter, Sales and Marketing Director for CALA explains:

"We are delighted to win 'Best Marketing Campaign' for 'You Can at Canniesburn'. This fresh, innovative and wide reaching campaign was designed to inform potential buyers across Glasgow of the great opportunities on the development. In particular, we wanted to target first time buyers who felt perhaps that, because of the exclusive location, the homes would be out of reach.

 

"The 200%* increase in visitors to the development following the campaign and 183%* rise in sales, confirms how integrated and effective the multi-media campaign was. Equally, it proves what a superb collection of homes and an exceptional value for money are available at Canniesburn."

 

The campaign, which ran throughout February 2007, featured various multi-media communications vehicles including escalator panels, carriage cards, bus backs, mobile pole people, radio, an inflatable 48 sheet in the centre of the city, and press advertising.

 

Following the success of the initial campaign, CALA has followed up with Spring and Summer bursts of 'You Can at Canniesburn'.

CALA will soon launch Atria in Bearsden, a collection of bespoke contemporary detached properties.
