Award-winning, premium housebuilder CALA Homes has achieved record levels of customer satisfaction and a significant increase in sales of new homes.

Nearly 19 out of 20 (94.2%) people who bought a new home from CALA Homes in 2008 are willing to recommend the company to their best friend, according to independent housebuilding industry specialists In-house Research.

Confirmation of record levels of customer satisfaction at CALA Homes come at the same time as the housebuilder reported a significant boost in sales, increasing average monthly sales figures by 35% in the first quarter of 2009.

According to Alan Brown, Managing Director of CALA Homes, this outstanding level of customer satisfaction is due to the excellent customer service provided by all the company’s employees, and helps to explain why the company has continued to sell strongly in current market conditions.
