The launch of a stunning range of new showhomes by CALA Homes has brought a touch of style to New Homes Week.

The Moncrief, Colville and Crichton showhomes are now open at CALA’s Kinnaird Gardens development in Larbert, celebrating CALA’s new house types, the Signature Collection.

Kinnaird Gardens is the only Scottish development to feature the new collection, which was launched in June this year. The Signature Collection features 21 newly designed four, and five-bedroom detached family homes, with each new home named after a traditional Scottish surname.

Each design features the traditional styling synonymous with the CALA brand, whilst incorporating contemporary interior spaces to suit modern family living.

Two of the showhomes have been designed by John Amabile, one of the UK’s most renowned interior designers and presenter of TV’s 60 Minute makeover.

Prices for the Signature Collection at Kinnaird Gardens start at £250,000 for the charming 1,594 sq ft Bryce, a detached four-bedroom home, to £369,000 for the stunning Moncrief, a 2,513 sq ft five-bedroom detached home.

The new range typically features separate formal living and reception areas on the ground floor while, in most cases, offering an open-plan layout in the kitchen and family living area, which has proved highly successful in CALA’s contemporary-themed Capital Collection of homes.

CALA’s high specification kitchens and bathrooms are a key feature of the new range. An integrated “appliance bank” concept in the kitchen grants customers a practical and stylish selection of integrated appliances with a number of upgrade options available, varying the selection of appliances included to suit a variety of lifestyles.
