Merchant Homes launches ‘Deposit Assist’ incentive for final Park Court homes

Merchant Homes is giving a helping hand to property hunters who are struggling to build up the deposit they need to secure a new home.

The developer’s ‘Deposit Assist’ scheme sees buyers at its Park Court development in Carmyle being given a boost to achieve the large deposit being demanded by many mortgage lenders.

Buyers who have a 10% deposit in place will be given a bonus additional 5% by Merchant Homes* – allowing househunters to secure their property on an 85% mortgage.

Another bonus for buyers who are keen to set up home at Park Court is the development’s exemption from the newly reinstated stamp duty charge - but those eager to take advantage will have to move fast, as there are just three properties remaining at Park Court.
