Put down roots in Edinburgh, says Applecross

December 17, 2007
Housebuilder Applecross Homes recently announced the availability of properties on its newly-launched development on the Colinton conservation area in Edinburgh.

The Cedars comprises 22 individually designed apartments, including four penthouses, which range from two to four bedrooms.

Lianne Bootland, head of sales at Applecross, commented: "The Cedars is a unique development which again raises the bar in terms of the quality and specification it offers.

"It has a classic-looking exterior combined with a contemporary interior of high specification within a superb setting."

The development comprises two three-storey buildings, centred around a courtyard with a cedar tree planted at its centre.

Car parking is available underground, with access to the facility via heated ramps.

Applecross reports that the properties have been designed to maximise their position with regard to views, natural light and interior space.

Elsewhere in the city housebuilder Charles Church recently announced the availability of a number of properties on its De Quincey Court development.
