As the end of the year approaches, homebuilder Charles Church reminds those considering purchasing a property in the central Scotland area of its numerous developments in the region.

The Saltersgate site in Lugton Brae, which is located within the former walled gardens of Dalkeith Manor House, offers "luxury" properties starting at £589,000.

Other developments in the Dalkeith region include Monarch's View, which has only a few properties left for sale.

The site comprises spacious, detached homes, which are based around a village green, the homebuilder explains.

Prices on properties at the development begin at £470,000.

Waverley Gardens, also located in the Dalkeith area, consists of four-bedroom homes and apartments and is scheduled to see two new show homes opened in the future.
