Incentive on Dunfermline house from Cruden

January 03, 2008
Consumers considering moving into a property in central Scotland may be tempted by an offer by Cruden Homes, where they can move in for £99.

For a limited period of time, the buyer of one of the four-bedroom villas on its Canmore Grange development in Dunfermline can move in for the bargain amount.

Also, the firm will pay stamp duty on the detached property and give mortgage contributions of up to £300 per month for two years.

Flooring throughout the villa, which is priced at £242,500, will also be provided.

Marketing manager at the firm Hazel Davies comments: "There are now just three spacious four-bedroom detached villas remaining at the development and I'm confident that we'll experience a high level of interest with the launch of the new incentive."

Elsewhere in the region, housebuilder Applecross recently announced the availability of homes on a new development on the Colinton area of Edinburgh.
