'Ideal' family development launched near Glasgow

January 04, 2008
A development that is "ideal" for families has been launched in north Lanarkshire by housebuilder Cruden Homes.

Hogganfield Manor overlooks a loch of the same name and is situated on the outskirts of Stepps, only 15 minutes drive from the centre of Glasgow.

The development comprises 59 two and three-bedroom terraced and semi-detached properties as well as three and four-bedroom detached villas.

All homes on the site have turfed gardens to the front and rear and prices on the current release begin at £226,000 for a four-bedroom villa.

Commenting on the development, marketing manager of Cruden Homes Hazel Davies states: "Stepps is a desirable residential area and at Hogganfield Manor, residents can enjoy all the benefits of this without the large price tag."

Also in recent days, the firm announced an incentive on a Dunfermline development where potential buyers have the opportunity to move into a four-bedroom villa for £99.
