Homebuilder George Wimpey has made available the first homes on its Dunsmuir Park development in Kilmarnock.

The firm announces today that the site features a range of three and four-bedroom properties, with prices beginning at £145,000 for a three-bedroom Lewis style house.

A number of different styles of home are available at the site, including semi-detached properties, townhouses, terraces and detached family homes.

Ms Logie adds that the homes are "full of personality" due to the developer's innovative use of space and have the hallmarks of "excellent workmanship".

Elsewhere in the region, developer Tulloch recently announced that buyers who reserve properties on two of its Glasgow developments before February 29th could receive cashback of £500 per month for a year.
