Consumers thinking of buying a property in Glasgow could benefit from an additional £500 in their bank accounts every month for a year, Tulloch has announced.

The homebuilder announced in recent days that buyers who reserve their property on two of the firm's developments by February 29th.

Also included in the incentive is a £50 Marks & Spencer voucher every month for the first 12 months in the new properties.

The Italian Centre in Merchant City currently has two apartments left, while Greenbank Gate in Newlands has a range of two and three-bedroom properties on offer.

Sales and marketing director for the firm Theresa Barbour comments: "Whether buyers use the £500 a month to subsidise their mortgage, invest in interior design or fund a new wardrobe, holiday or car, it's entirely up to them."

Meanwhile, homebuilder Westpoint recently highlighted a number of incentives for buyers, including the chance to receive up to £5,000 cashback after purchasing a property on its Utopia development in Glasgow.
