Consumers looking to purchase a property in Scotland have been given the opportunity to live free for a year.
Homebuilder Persimmon is offering buyers in the region the chance to have their mortgage repayments, council tax, home insurance premiums and utility bills for 12 months.
Ingrid Gahagan, sales director for the firm, comments that the offer will allow consumers to fully enjoy living in their new property without being concerned about bills, which could help to lower stress.
"Not only will it provide buyers with complete peace of mind for a whole year, but it will also enable them to build up a substantial bank of savings to spend on stylishly furnishing their new home or even treat themselves to a luxurious holiday," she explains.
Elsewhere in the region, homebuilder George Wimpey recently announced that it has made available a number of homes on its Dunsmuir Park development located in Kilmarnock.
