Lianne Bootland, head of sales at the firm, comments: "Eskbridge is proving very popular with professional couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life whilst still having easy access to Edinburgh."

Three-bedroom terraced properties are available from £230,000 while four-bedroom homes start off at £335,000.
