The St David's Gardens site boasts a range of 80 properties with a choice of 20 different house styles including detached and semi-detached homes, apartments and townhouses.

Prices currently start at £173,000 for a two-bedroom apartment and £273,000 for a three-bedroom house.

Marketing and sales director for George Wimpey East Scotland Karen Armstrong explains that the development offers one of the broadest ranges of properties across all of the firm's east Scotland sites.
