Falkirk development launches new apartments

February 07, 2008
Homebuilder Redrow recently announced the launch of new properties at its Lockkeeper's Wynd development in Falkirk.

The new two-bedroom apartments are priced from £119,995 and the developer states that they are expected to attract a great deal of interest.

Sales director for Redrow Scotland Diana Newton notes that the site has already proven popular with buyers in the region, noting that some of the properties overlook the Clyde and Forth Canal.

"These properties are ideal for young professionals, couples starting out and downsizers looking for a low maintenance lifestyle," she adds.

Lockkeeper's Wynd experienced great success when it first opened with all of the two, three and four-bedroom houses selling within weeks of the development's launch.

Elsewhere in the region, property developer Applecross recently announced the launch of a development called Eskbridge - which comprises 77 properties across a range of different house types - located roughly nine miles south of Edinburgh.
