A new development is to be launched in Burntisland this weekend by homebuilder Gladedale.

Half a dozen properties will be made available when the Waterside site opens, but there is scope for a further 90 houses to be built.

Families may well be tempted by the range of four and five-bedroom detached villas that will be offered by the development, which provide up to 2,242 sq ft of living space.

Tracy Marnoch, sales and marketing manager at Gladedale, comments: "Each of the houses has its own special features but they are all luxurious and spacious four and five-bedroom detached houses with their own gardens - great for enjoying the sun reflecting off the Firth of Forth in the summertime."

She adds that the site is perfect for families due to its location near local facilities such as schools, pubs, shops and a park.

Elsewhere in the Burntisland region, homebuilder George Wimpey recently announced that the first homes in the second phase of the Inches development have been made available for purchase.
