Harbour homes debut in Fife

February 20, 2008
A range of properties have been made available at homebuilder George Wimpey's Fife development Masterton Lea.

Providing views over the Forth Bridges, the development offers potential buyers a mix of 101 family homes.

A pair of showhomes have just been opened to give consumers an idea of what to expect from life at the site.

Property types include two and three-bedroom semi-detached homes and terraces alongside three and four-bedroom townhouses.

Karen Armstrong, sales and marketing director for George Wimpey east Scotland, comments: "Our Masterton Lea development boasts a commanding position at the top of Lapwing Drive, with stunning views overlooking the Forth estuary, and the Forth Bridges.

She attributes the success the site has already enjoyed to its location and the firm's showhomes on the development.

Prices currently begin at £155,000 for a two-bedroom terrace.

Elsewhere in the central Scotland region, developer Gladedale announced the launch of six properties at its Waterside development in Burntisland this week.
