Consumers looking to buy a home in Glasgow could be interested to hear that Atrium is to create some 35 new apartments in the city.
According to the Sunday Mail, the two-bedroom flats will be created on Falkirk Road in Bonnybridge, overlooking the Forth and Clyde Canal.
Prices start at £124,000 for the Canal Walk flats, which will feature balconies, en suite bathrooms and parking spaces allocated to each apartment.
The developers state that the closest train station is just five minutes away, something that could tempt those looking to buy a home in Scotland to splash out on one of the Canal Walk apartments.
Canal Walk is also situated next to parkland, with Atrium noting that the flats are "ideally situated for those who demand a better quality of life".
Atrium is the residential arm of Antonine Developments and was set up to build luxury homes and apartments in the central belt of Scotland, according to the developer's website.
