Stirling Bridge properties made available

April 21, 2008
Househunters looking to buy a house in central Scotland may be interested in a new range of properties available at Stirling Bridge.

Contemporary one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two and three-bedroom semi-detached homes and four-bedroom townhouses, have been made available through collaboration between George Wimpey and Cruden Homes.

Built in the "vibrant" regeneration area of Raploch in Stirling, the houses may be perfect for Scottish first-time buyers or young families looking to buy a house in central Scotland, according to George Wimpey.

Stirling Bridge has spectacular views of the city's castle and is situated close to the town centre, the housebuilder adds.

Karen Armstrong, sales and marketing director for George Wimpey, said: "Stirling Bridge is a landmark development in the overall regeneration of Raploch and offers an excellent chance for first-time buyers to step onto the property ladder."

As well as the castle, Stirling has a great deal to offer in terms of sightseeing and history, with Mar's Walk, the King's Knot and the Wallace Monument.
