A development featuring 70 new detached homes in Summerston has been launched, it has been reported.
Developer George Wimpey has announced the launch of The Grange, featuring a large number of "luxury detached homes" on Blackhill Road, in the north-west of Glasgow.
Hoping to appeal to commuters wishing to be close to the countryside while enjoying the benefits of city living, The Grange is situated on the boundary of East Dumbartonshire, easier.com reports.
Wimpey believes that the four and five-bedroomed detached new homes are likely to appeal to a wide variety of investors.
