A housebuilding firm operating in central Scotland has announced the appointment of a new land director who will help the company push forward their developments in the region.
Having taken both architecture and urban and regional planning degrees, David Wallace has been principal planner for a number of local authorities in Scotland including Clydesdale, Lanark and Perth & Kinross and is now set to join Redrow.
He has also seen service at what is currently Homes for Scotland, easier.com reports.
Colin Crombie, managing director for Redrow Homes Scotland, comments: "We're extremely pleased David chose to join us at such an exciting time in our company.
"He brings with him a wealth of experience and authority and he is going to be a key force in driving Redrow forward in Scotland."
Elsewhere, Redrow is celebrating the snapping up of bungalows at Heather Lea in Lanark, where only one new home remains unclaimed.
