Buyers who want an extra touch of class to grace their new properties might like to consider heading to Barratt's Stoneycroft development in west Scotland this weekend, the firm has announced.
Interior designer Linda Macguire is set to be on the case on August 25th and 26th to help those who enjoy chic living to make the most of their new property.
Stuart MacColl, west Scotland sales director for the firm, tells easier.com: "If you reserve at Stoneycroft this weekend then Linda will expertly design the interior of your new home, absolutely free."
Barratt will also be hoping to show off the new development over the weekend, which is set within easy commuting distance of both Glasgow and Edinburgh while also providing open access to the north of the country.
The Stoneycroft development includes a variety of three-storey townhouses - a design which Mr MacColl states has increased in popularity in recent years as people's lives become more modern and families demand more space.
Cumbernauld currently has a population of around 50,000, with local amenities which Barratt asserts are 'geared toward family life".
