Homebuilder J Smart has unveiled its Stillhouse apartment site in Edinburgh, describing the location as "your home in the city".

Located in Dalry, the development comprising one, two and three-bedroom apartments is within easy walking distance of both George and Princes Streets.

Stillhouse has been awarded a ten-year National House Building Council guarantee of quality, alongside the homebuilder's claim that the modern design and interiors of the development elevate the homes "to a superior league" among the more traditional established housing in the area.

Appliances in the apartments include fully-integrated electrical ovens, gas hobs and extractor hood along with washer dryer and fridge-freezer.

Prices on the apartments begin at £139,950.

Some 35 private parking bays, communal gardens, a secure cycle store and recycling facilities are also located on the site.

Elsewhere in the city, Barratt Homes recently announced the release of the last six properties on its Sapphire Point development on Lochend Road.
