Homebuyers can be enjoying a new house in Scotland by Christmas - as well as saving thousands of pounds - on a Tulloch development, according to the homebuilder.

"Generous incentives" are being offered on a number of two and three-bedroom apartments, three and four-bedroom family homes and luxury five-bedroom villas in selected locations across the region, according to the firm.

The Italian Centre development in central Glasgow has a number of luxury apartments currently available and several en-suite flats at Greenbank Gate in Newlands, where stamp duty and free carpets are included in the price.

Carpets and stamp duty will also be included in all remaining five-bedroom villas at College Gait in Perth.

Within commuting distance of Edinburgh, there are family homes available at Oakwood Lawns, Tranent and Parklands, according to Tulloch.
