Applecross releases apartment at Barnton Avenue

September 28, 2007
The one remaining garden apartment at its Barnton Avenue development has been released by homebuilder Applecross.

The "spacious" four-bedroom apartment represents one of only nine such properties on the development and is priced at £875,000.

Features of the residence's garden include views of the Royal Burgess Golf Course and two patios and flora includes rhododendrons, Applecross states.

Sarah Cooke, head of marketing at Applecross comments that due to its close proximity to the River Almond, Royal Burgess and Bruntsfield Links golf courses and the historic village of Cramond, the address is "much sought after".

"The garden apartment is perfect for more mature buyers looking to downsize without compromise. It is spacious and elegant and is therefore ideal for entertaining, but is also low maintenance and easy to lock up and leave for longer periods," she adds.

Last month, Applecross announced the launch of its Thirlestane terraced house development near Penicuik.
