Housebuilder Cruden Homes has announced the launch of a new show apartment in Glasgow.

The West 11 development will comprise 76 such properties with layouts including one and two-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom duplexes and two and three-bedroom penthouses.

Prices on the properties begin at £150,000.

In preparation for the launch of the site, Cruden Homes has opened a two-bedroom show property.

The apartment is decorated in bold colours and has a balcony that is accessible through French doors as well as an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area.

Sarah Stanger, managing director of Cruden Homes sales and marketing, comments: "Over two-thirds of the development has been sold off-plan already and we anticipate even more interest now that our new show apartment is open to the public."

Elsewhere in the city, it was reported in recent weeks that Tulloch Homes made a show apartment available for sale on its Greenbank Gate site.
