Cruden Homes' Genesis development, located in the Forthquarter area of Granton, currently comprises 118 new homes, but plans are in place to expand it to include 250.
Almost 90 per cent of the apartments have been snapped up, but a range of two and three-bedroom homes are still available.

Prices on the remaining properties, many of which have views of the Firth of Forth, begin at £151,500.
