An "impressive" show-apartment is soon to be opened to the public by Cruden Homes, demonstrating the possibilities offered by its new West 11 development.
Situated in Glasgow's West End, the development comprises 76 apartments, each of which is unique in layout.
Although the show apartment does not necessarily match the dimensions of any eventual purchase made by a new-home buyer, the firm hopes that it will help such purchasers envisage what taking up residence in the project might be like.
Cruden believes that the properties are particularly suited to "today's young urbanites requiring a sociable living space".
Sarah Stanger, managing director at the firm, commented: "West 11 is truly a stylish development and there really is something for everyone here.
"I am delighted about the forthcoming opening of our new show-apartment and am confident that buyers will see the full potential each home offers."
Glasgow West End has its own annual festival featuring the best music, theatre, film and dance that the area has to offer, describing itself as the city's "largest and most popular event".
