"Affordable luxury" in Edinburgh

December 03, 2007
Homebuilder Charles Church has announced the availability of a number of properties on its De Quincey Court development in Edinburgh.

Located on the south-east side of the city, the site offers a range of house types which the firm states are "sure to attract those looking for affordable luxury".

Featured homes include the Manse and Dunstar style, the former of which is built with traditional Scottish stonework.

Internally, the Manse property includes a "simply huge" kitchen and breakfast room and a number of other "almost breathtaking" rooms.

Prices on the properties begin at £321,000.

Due to its location near to the Edinburgh bypass and the A1 motorway, the development may be ideal for families seeking to make the most of what the city has to offer while being located in the traditional Scottish town of Tranent.

In recent days, homebuilder Applecross and Premier Property Group announced plans for a joint residential venture in the Trinity area of the city.
