Falkirk development launched by Charles Church

December 07, 2007
Homebuilder Charles Church has announced the launch of a new property development in Larbert, in the north of Falkirk.

Bellsdyke Meadows in Kinnaird Village comprises a number of properties, ranging from one and two-bedroom apartments to four and five-bedroom homes in the grounds of a former hospital which overlooks a golf course.

The 44 apartments and 74 houses may prove popular to a range of consumers, from first-time buyers to those looking to upgrade their existing home, the housebuilder notes.

Larraine Clelland, sales and marketing director for Scotland, comments: "Being part of the Kinnaird Village development is exciting for Charles Church because of its concentration in providing a real community.

"We formally launch in January next year and know that this will be a successful and attractive development for buyers."

Also in Falkirk, the firm recently announced the availability of a number of festive bonuses to people moving into its Antonine Gardens development, such as a cash discount, pre-paid stamp duty or free carpets and turf.
